Is it true that I can no longer log in to My Camping account?
Due to the switch to a new reservation system, your old account has expired. Already existing guests and reservations can access reservation details via the new guest environment.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
If you rent a holiday home, tent or chalet, you can arrive from 15:30 and leave until 10:00.
If you rent a hiker's cabin, you can arrive from 14:00 and leave until 11:00.
Pitches can arrive from 13:00 and leave until 11:00.

Until what time can I check in?
You can check in when reception is open, which is often until 19:00 in high season. If you arrive later, please let us know in advance and we will tell you how to check in to your accommodation.
Is there bed linen in the accommodation?
Our rental accommodations (except hiker's cabin and roof tent) are equipped with bed linen, the price is €7 per linen package per person. You must bring your own towels and kitchen towels.
For the hiker's cabins you need to bring a pillowcase, sleeping bag and fitted sheet. For the Sky-Lodge roof tents, bring a pillowcase and sleeping bag.
Do we also pay extra cleaning costs?
No, we do this as standard after departure. You leave the accommodation broom clean.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are allowed on some of our camping pitches. Dogs are allowed in some accommodations as well.
Is every TV suitable for digital reception?
No, not all (flat) TVs are suitable. You can rent suitable TVs from us.
Is there WiFi?
Yes, you can use a basic Wi-Fi network for free. You can buy codes for faster internet at the reception.
You can check in when reception is open, which is often until 19:00 in high season. If you arrive later, please let us know in advance and we will tell you how to check in to your accommodation.

Yes, BBQ (gas and coal / briquettes) are allowed on the condition that the BBQ is elevated (not directly on grass or on the surface) and there is always someone around.

Are the sanitary facilities wheelchair-friendly?
At the campsite, the sanitary building opposite field K has a toilet with a wide entrance and two armrests and a family shower with shower chair. In the family shower at Lijster field there is a shower chair with armrest, and there is also a toilet with armrest and wide passage. More info and photo's.
Is there also children's entertainment?
In the summer holidays there is a 6-day program for children of various ages. We also regularly organize activities in the preseason. View the recreation program.
Is there a swimming pool?
We have a nice splash playground and lots of swimming water in the area.
